- Zajišťování organizace staveniště a řízení provozu na něm
- Koordinace podřízených mistrů, dělníků a ostatních
- Operativní řešení organizačních a provozních problémů
- Dodržování technických postupů , BOZP a spolupráce s investorem
- Vedení stavebního deníku a předávání hotových staveb

- SŠ vzdělání technického / stavebního směru
- Praxe na obdobné pozici min. 3 roky
- Znalost čtení ve stavebních výkresech a dokumentaci
- Řidičský průkaz sk. B
