Quality management system expert - 13. and 14. salary

Your tasks:

• Setting up the maintenance of the further development of the process landscape based on the tools and requirement specified by the ZF Group and specified by the Division E.
• Conducts internal audits (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5, ISO14001, ISO 45001) and ensures compliance to quality standards on divisional and local level.
• Ensures corrective actions take place in a timely manner. Tracking, reviewing of the systematic root cause analysis and the measures driving from the non-conformities of the internal system audits performed at the plant. Reports to management any deviations from procedure/policy.
• Receives and obtains documentation from external locations (possibly international). Ensures documents meet related standards and are delivered in such a manner.
• Training of staff

Your profile:

• Associate or university degree
• 5+ years of related experience
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within Total Quality Management (TQM).
• Ability to use and train individuals to comply with quality system processes.
• Knowledge in MSA; SPC, measuring equipment
• Working Knowledge on IATF- 16949, ISO 9000 and/or VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5, CQI audits
• Data organization and good understanding of processes holistically
• Excellent English language competency – both written and oral
• Excellent self-organization and emotionally stable approach
