Your mission:

•Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, in alignment with the overall business strategy,
•To develop uniform internal and external financial reporting procedures, standards, policies in accordance with international reporting and headquarter, national and IFRS accounting and tax guidelines.
•To ensure timely and appropriate execution of all finance activities to maintain profitability, liquidity and optimum utilization of financial assets.
•To ensure the gathering, analysis, and preparation of relevant financial information for internal and external use to meet the company’s as well as legal requirements.
•To coordinate pro-actively and re-actively counselling for the company on legal issues.
•To act as Local compliance officer,

Your profile:

•University level degree in business or finance management,
•At least 5 years of leadership experience with broad knowledge of finance, industrial controlling and accounting, product calculations
6-8 years’ experience gained through increasingly responsible management positions within finance, proven track record in similar financial positions, MD position of production site preferable,
•Strategic and analytical thinking, result orientation,
•Capacity to execute and look for efficiency improvements, and to build a high-performance culture within the company by cultivating individual and team strengths,
•Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, and to use influencing skills to drive impact on the business,
•Fluent Czech / Slovak and English,
•German would be advantageous,
